Netflix being the only pass-time, I watched some not so famous foreign language films recently. Some of them turned out to be really good.

  • The Stoning of Soraya M - Farsi
  • Bliss - Turkish
  • Letter from Iwo Jima - Japanese
  • Red Cliff: Theatrical version - Chinese
  • Sophie Scholl: Final Days - German

The direction and the acting are a class apart from the stereotypes. would add more to this list as I get to know them.
